This necklace is an original design by Susan Mancuso of Forge and Foundry Jewels.  Hand crafted in our New York studio, this chandelier pendant was inspired by the lotus flower as depicted on the masterpiece ceramics created by the artists of the Ming and Qing dynasties in China. Eight blue/green sapphire briolette beads, approximately 2-carat total carat weight dangle from the 18k yellow gold pendant accented with the brilliant warmth of canary diamonds (approximately .113 ct).  Giving a contemporary feel, this necklace has a matte finish. The pendant is suspended from a slender 24-inch 18k yellow gold chain that terminates with a custom-designed 18k yellow gold toggle clasp, the signature clasp of Forge & Foundry Jewels. While this necklace will enhance the most formal evening gown, it also easily accompanies a daytime wardrobe. Approximately 2 inches (6.5 centimeters) long.
